It shows the receivers that they are truly worthy of having relief. To be in a position to help someone is a blessing from GOD and giving back to the community shows gratitude to GOD for the blessing that has been bestowed upon you.
The inherent satisfaction is knowing that you made a positive difference in the lives of others.
